From the e-mail contact, the lady on the phone for an appointment and also today personally ... really everyone was so so so warm and nice. Everything went smoothly and without long waiting times. Especially now in Corona times you rarely meet people who take time for you and listen to you... not just "work you off". I was very agitated but was accompanied really well and everything was explained to me. Got a CD with the pictures straight away. Apart from the very sobering result of the CT - a thousand thanks! People really work here with body and soul in their profession ????

Ich war heute mit meinem Zwergwidder beim CT. Wow ! Selten so unglaublich freundliche Menschen erlebt die einem eigentlich fremd sind. Vom Mailkontakt, die Dame am Telefon für einen Termin und auch heute persönlich ...wirklich alle waren so so so herzlich und nett. Es hat alles reibungslos und ohne lange Wartezeiten geklappt. Gerade jetzt zu Coronazeiten begegnet man selten Menschen die sich auch mal Zeit für dich nehmen und dir zuhören... dich nicht nur „abarbeiten“. Ich war sehr aufgewühlt aber wurde wirklich toll begleitet und mir wurde alles erklärt. Habe sofort eine CD mit den Bildern bekommen. Abgesehen vom sehr ernüchternden Ergebnis des CT’s - Tausend Dank! Hier arbeiten wirklich Menschen mit Leib und Seele im Beruf ????
