I am changing this service from 5 to 1
One of the worst post office that you can ever vist, no customer service, mistakes after mistakes, no helping nature, stone faced lady as staff is extremely rude. Not a place to visit for postal service. But there are no choices

What sort of adjusted timing of the office is that, no consistent timing.

If u feel like having a horrible experience some day, this is the exact place to visit.you will not be disappointed with that.

Not a single package without an issue. Delivered to a neighbour that does not exist, a note in letter box "pick up you package at the Filiale" but it's not there and nobody can find it. Constantly finding a letters in my letter box addressed to other neighbours, other neibours find letters addressed to me. Letters gone missing multiple time.
Employee attitude of "we are just a post, we don't have anything to do with: DHL, letters, post, Germany, this planet and dimension".
Queues are longer than queues for food in communism times, the covid rules there make no sense (only 5 people can be in the room, but in the room where you wait, there can be infinite number). Opening hours make sure you can't pick up your package at any time, because their working times are 100% exactly as yours.
On the list of places that I hate, this would probably be no.1. Hours of my life wasted here.

Contrary to the hours posted on their website, the doors were closed (again) with a note on the door, 4.5 hours early. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the past month. When open, the tellers are rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this what happens when a public service becomes privatized.

Nice post office with knowledgeable staff also about international shipping.

Remember: if you want to pick up a package, you need to bring your ID that shows the same address as where as the package.

Expert tip: If you want to save money on the ridiculous postage, maybe ordering gifts that are delivered directly to your friends/relatives is a better option, albeit somewhat less personal.

Generally speaking, the employees are rude, making random demands for retrieving packages (original Anmeldung in paper) despite presenting my passport. Queues are fairly long, and many times the packages "are not there"

Really nice ladies. But the guy is creepy and sometimes even rude.
