We bought a TV Mobel worth 1500 EUR from Porta, it has been an year and we still haven't received the attachments to mount the furniture. It is after numerous calls, follow ups and visits. There is not even an acknowledgement or an effort to resolve the problem. We just keep on calling, visiting wasting hours and hours of our time. Total rip off, buy once pay and forget about it. They got the money, delivery isn't guaranteed.

Ofcourse I have contacted you as stated above, called you , visited you in person. I am not able to reply to the message below.

The shop is absolutely huge and has a lot to choose from in price ranges and styles. We finally found a sofa after looking in many places. The staff was very nice and professional. It's far out of town but it's worth it.

Avoid it! I bought a Kitchen at the end of 2017. The first time sheshould deliver it they came but they said they couldn´t while cars were parked there, nobody informed us about some kind of needs to deliver a kitchen. All the other apartment from other supplier received it. After 3 months the first defects appear in the kitchen they came to analyse the damage and the said that they will order the pieces , it was june 2018... we needed 3 appointments because each time they ordered a wrong piece or they damaged the pieces during the installation. Last week... June 2019 they achieved to mount every pieces still except one little cover that they forget!!!!!! We speak about a Kitchen of more than 10 000 € .... I´,m a client totally unsatisfied and I will tell to everyone I know to avoid to buy something by POrta

It is a very big store with many many beautiful items. But you must know, it is not cheap here!
