Good quality of food, although the way how the sandwiches were layered was poor. Staff not talking in English. 2 out of 4 self-service register were not working. We were waiting around 12 minutes for out orders (in my country the standard is 3.5min). How is it that in capital of Germany nobody from the staff is talking at least basic English?!

The terminal to order food keeps crashing so it builds up an enormous line. Other things normal like in McDonald's restaurants

Worst coffee ever. There is no regular McCafe, but a small corner. We asked to have a coffee inside, but were served in paper cups....

oooh where shall I start, besides the day manageress who was an absolute star. her staff where unfriendly and we had the feeling that they did not want to work there. attitude problem with a female staff. non of the normal questions ie would you like it as a meal. never came out once. Then order came out. the pommes where cold and the double chilli cheese burger was NO REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PICTURE POSTED ie a quarter of the size. The chicken wings had fluff all over them too. asked for them to be changed and waited and waited only to be told that they forgot about them And had to ask for my money back. not happy.
