Reception workers were friendly, but No wifi, poor buffet, and people very loud slamming doors every 2 minutes.

It's a convenience location, very close to U Kurfürstenstrasse and also nearby Gleisdreieck and Bülowstrasse. The rooms have been renovated and are clean. The reason that you are getting new towels only every 3 days is for environmental reasons and fine in my point of view. Cleaning has not been provided daily since staff is on Kurzarbeit - that seems weird as every room was booked. Seems like they want to get some subsidies from the federal government. Breakfast was served and not a buffet for hygienic reasons. But why was the staff then wearing no mask?? Breakfast was extremely basic. You basically pay 5-10 EUR for 0.12EUR rolls with some packages of sugary jam and standard cheese. Well, better do not expected anything, then you're not disappointed.

Had a nice stay, good breakfast.
Polite personal.
Rooms are clean.
Water is okay.
Had to turn shower temperature up to have it nice and warm.
All in all its a nice place to stay for a few nights, and you have many public transport lines near you.
I have to say u hear the subway beneath you sometimes, but you wont notice it after a short period of time. Besides that it is still a great place to stay :)

It was convenient for the distance to the center of the city,
Clean room, but the room service was not good, they only made my bed daily but no cleaning was done.
(at the check in date, they notified me that the toiletries and only one towel are provided each 3 days of staying u003d so no new towel nor other toiletries until after 3 days).

This is a laundry money place! not hotel!! service is ridiculous room very dirty no internet although I pay for..
if you need anything nobody to talk with..."the boss is in vacation"..
Save your health and money stay safe from this place.

Very basic facilities. Rooms are not very fancy. Will do if you're looking for a short stay and will be spending most of your time outside seeing the city. The buffet breakfast isn't too fancy, but is enough to give you a decent start for the day. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

we made reservation per phone in Aug. according to the web site with breakfast $540 for a 5 night stay. This was not honored, they took us to a different location that was like a boarding house with no front desk or phone in the room. Dirty since it was not cleaned daily. NEVER would recommend this place.
