Very bad experience here. I ordered a drink for a short visit and had to wait rather long for it. The waitress had definitely a bad attitude toward me without any reason. Afterwards, when I asked for the bill, paid the amount (including tip), the waitress didn't even smile. She threw (literally) the coins into the purse and left without saying anything.

Amazing place! Thomas helped me book the Kaminhütte for my 40th via E-Mail and Guido took care of all the details. Great drinks and a fun ski lodge atmosphere!

The food is actually quite good and reasonably priced, but the service needs improvement. Takes way too long to get served.
But it's a nice place in the sun and much calmer than Schönbrunn

Really nice location inside Volkspark Friedrichshain. Pricing is fairly good for the quality of drinks and foods. The only issue are the waiting time. We've been waiting 50 minutes for some pancakes.

Oh my!! I popped there on a burning hot sunny day with my dog, who was dehydrated. I asked the owner for a bit of water (usually they put some water for dogs at the entrance) but they said NO to me, in a very rude way pretending they were closed. Fortunately, an employee of them with a more empathical and commercial mind went to the kitchen and gave my dog some water, after seeing this scene. I used to go there for dinner, now you can be sure you'll never see me around. Great staff, dumb Boss.

Very nice place to rest! Very very polite waiter and some real good dishes, proper portions and fair prices! Nothing to complain, i'll come back!
