Had a great time at the hotel. The rooms are standard and really cozy, the receptionist was professional and very helpful with requests. The breakfast menu was rich in variety of options and they were really tasty. The location of the hotel is also great as there’s a tram stop few minutes away from the hotel, making it easy for you to connect other parts of the city from there. I had no negative experience warranting a star reduction so I give full 5 star and totally recommend this hotel. If you’re visiting or planning to stay around Alexanderplatz then this is definitely a hotel option to consider!????⚡️????????

Really nice hotel with good sized rooms. Beds very comfortable, and an excellent buffet breakfast catering to most tastes - certainly recommend for business. A little out of the centre if you're vacationing in Berlin, but close enough to walk, and with good public transport links - don't be put off. Facilities are better here than others I've stayed at which are more central.

We stayed at NH Alexanderplatz for a short city break. The hotel was really great, has good location, the buffet breakfast is AMAZING, beds are really comfy. Rooms are spacious (we chose a simple standard room), we had a walk-in shower which was absolutely wonderful! The staff was also amazing, helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this hotels for others!

A conference of 170 people was great and all went really smoothly! Conference space u0026 audio etc. great, rooms were comfortable and nice, no outside sounds, beds comfortable, everything tidy. Having the conference and the hotel in the same place allowed us to spend more time together and also we didn't have to waste any time on travelling between locations. There was a nice lobby space with snacks and drinks just outside the conference room so the breaks were enjoyable and relaxing.

Nice stay, very clean room. A bit on the small side. But very quiet. My room faced the inner wall. Breakfast is fantastic. just be aware, It’s not really close to Alexanderplatz even though the name. Also the bartender was unfriendly, I thought it was because I don’t speak German. As he was friendly with the German speakers at the bar.

Participated to event with about 150 participants held in the NH conference rooms and we also stayed in the hotel.

The service in the hotel was extremely good, breakfast had good variety of options and everything just worked!

Really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and would recommend the hotel for individuals and for larger groups as well.

Stayed for three nights during a conference. Rooms are clean and breakfast healthy. Also the conference center worked well and during the breaks there is a lounge to grab a snack or stretch your legs.

Near by is a beautiful park where to relax and unwind after conference.
