Ich war heute im Store (mit Termin) um mein Armband, welches im Dezember 2020 gekauft worden ist, zu reklamieren, da es Anfang Januar 2021 kaputt ging.

Verkäuferinnen kamen leider sehr arrogant rüber.
Die eine Verkäuferin wollte mir erzählen das mein Kassenbon nicht zum Armband gehört. Die andere Verkäuferin hat eingelenkt und das Armband wurde 1 zu 1 getauscht.
Ich hätte lieber ein Gutschein genommen oder ein anderes Armband, da ich mir natürlich längst ein neues im Onlineshop gekauft hatte.

Ich wurde gefragt, ob ich mich noch im Shop umschauen möchte, da ich ja einen 30 Minuten Termin habe.
Dies hab ich abgelehnt. Wäre man mir gegenüber anders Aufgetreten hätte ich wahrscheinlich auch noch etwas gekauft, aber so war ich das letzte mal in diesem Store.

Wenns ums Verkaufen geht, sind die Verkäuferinnen über freundlich und zuvorkommend aber sobald man etwas reklamieren möchte, wird man arrogant und herablassend behandelt.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
