Burgers are regular Burger King ones (meaning better than some other multinational big names), so I like it.
My service experience was good, they were kind and helpful, saw smiling faces and they did not speak English (a little bit) but get me with my not so good German.
You can dine in or take it away, both options are available.
It is located inside the Linden Centre, but has a separate entrance/exit to the street which enables them to open the store on Sundays. ????

You always need to be patient because it takes forever before you get your food. However, there are 2 very professional female staff, one with hijab and another one with short hair. Today after waiting for too long for our food, we finished eating after 8. By the time we left all the doors of the shopping center were closed, so we went inside again to ask the staff if there was a way we could go to the garage, she was very rude and responded with a bad tone that we can’t get our cars until tomorrow, then she ignored us completely. We decided to just walk around the building and luckily we met other people who work at the center, they showed us a door which is supposed to be open until 9:30. I still wonder why the Burger King lady would be very mean to her own customers

Ordered to go and the girl who put the orders in made tons of mistakes. She forgot two dips, the only dip I got was the wrong dip (sour cream instead of mayo), gave me small size fries instead of large fries and we also ordered chicken nuggets that was in a planted nugget package. Not sure if we got the right ones but I sure hope she did not get this wrong as well. All in all bad experience when we arrived home half an hour later.

I came here with my son today. The food is delicious. But the attitude of the shopkeeper is too bad (she is tall and thin with short silver hair). I have never gone anywhere to meet such a bad salesman. My son has a disability, he is wondering what to eat and she is kind of annoyed when my son chooses between this and that food. One star for the depravity, contempt for foreigners and no respect for children.

accepting only cash, arguing with a customer and threatining to call police. long queues because only one person serving.

Linden center branch, There is only one poor person who tale everything, and the line is very long!

Fast and very friendly lady at the cashier. Other then that, just a regular burger King.
