Useless completely useless I called up and told them i had eye infection and was patient there but the infection has come back they said i have to go to another clinic because they have no appointments until July, and basically nothing they can do. Asked if i could come in at 7:30am (drop in time) because i am in pain NO just no not an expalation just typical Berlin customer service

Sie habe dort keinen Termin und dies obwohl das auf dem Zettel der ihr von der Praxis ausgehändigt wurde stand. Sie hatte sich sehr darüber aufgeregt weil sie Fahrgeld ausgegeben hatte um dort hin zu gelangen mit ihren Mann in Begleitung. Ihr wurde gesagt sie könne ja 3-4 Stunden warten oder sich einen neuen Termin für Februar/März geben lassen. Sie war sehr sehr wütend was ich nachvollziehen konnte , Sie wollte darauf hin den Überweisungsschein zurück den sie dann in kleine Stücke zerrissen hatte.Sie verließ dann wütend die Praxis und Ich muss sagen ich tat das selbe ,weil diese Behandlung der Dame fand ich schrecklich auch andere die sich in der Reihe befanden haben Mitleid empfunden wie sie behandelt wurden. Eine andere Patientin erwähnte das auch sie trotz Termins schon 2 Stunden wartete. Das veranlasste mich woanders einen Termin zuvereinbaren.
