The many recent bad ratings indicate that something is not great about this hotel. I have to say it is not as bad as many reviews suggest. However there are a lot of small details just not up to expectation:
- I could not evaluate based on my booking whether breakfast is included
- upon arrival, I was not made aware, that the breakfast was in another building, nor that it was not included in my stay. I would have expected that I get asked so I could settle it there and then
- every breakfast you are treated unfriendly by the person managing the breakfast in a sense that they ask you what room you are, confirm your name and hen tell you that you have not paid.
- the room number indicated on the card containing the room key was four digits, not three digits as indicated everywhere. Some guesswork is needed thus.
- a Nespresso capsule in the room seemed to be used already
- the fitness is open at times in the afternoon. This is nowhere indicated and is not useful. I'd expect it to be early morning.
- the Wifi does not work. Also this was brought up in other comments. So no improvements were made on customer feedbacks.
Overall: I would not book if I have alternatives.
