Staff are great and had no problems. Reason why only 3 stars is the temperature is so hot inside!!! No fans, no air conditioning and sadly could only stay for one drink otherwise would of loved to stay all night!

They didn’t let us in because we weren’t dressed “slutty” enough. I just wanted to grab a drink with my girlfriend and my friend, but the bouncer didn’t let us in. He was really rude. I thought that this was a safe space for everyone, but I guess it is not…

For a gay bar, they seemed quite homophobic. The “bouncer” or whatever you would call him wouldn’t even let us in and didn’t explain why. He was very discriminating and rude, he even refused to talk to us in English… worst gay bar ever

The place is definitely a unique experience - in a positive way. Staff very authentically friendly, chill atmosphere and very popular. If you can, try to reserve so you'll be sure to get a spot and you won't regret it for sure. Drinks are high quality too!

If you are not white the waiters will not even look at you. Unfriendly personnel and not necessary the coolest or nicest vibe.

Nice staff and friendly ambiance - music is (varied). If you hang out by the bar it’s an easy place to meet people if you come alone.

One of our favorite places in Berlin is the unbelievable HEILE WELT BAR. It’s an safe space for everybody. Staff is very smart and helpful. Recommended for everyone.
