This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure!

Clean. Comfortable beds. S-bahn just across the street and there is a train that takes you directly to the airport.

We lived in 14 different hotels in Berlin. And here is my impression about Novotel: Check reviews about other hotels in my profile.

1. Staff (5⭐️) All staff was super helpful.
2. WiFi (5⭐️)
4. Cleanliness (5⭐️) Best cleaning, no complaints. The cleaning lady from 2 floor was absolute kindness, felt like it’s “your mother”.
5. Air conditioning (5⭐️)
6. Bed comfort (5⭐️)
7. Food (5⭐️)
8. Window view (5⭐️) Our room was facing Tiergarten, so the view was nice, however take into account that this side is quite noisy if you open the windows.
9. Bathroom (5⭐️) The big plus of the apartment is a washing machine with a dryer.
10. Toiletries (4⭐️) There was only one soap for the whole body. Would be a plus to have a bigger variety of toiletries.
11. Sound insulation (5⭐️).
12. Atmosphere (5⭐️)
13. Location (4⭐️) The location is good, but there there are very few restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in a 3-5 minutes walking distance.

I have had great experience with the hotel.
Location:
Located right opposite to the Tiergarten train station, so you have the public transport right at your doorstep.
Breakfast:
They have a wide options for breakfast, vegetarians would also lots of options as well. The buns were small to my liking but was still good.
Rooms:
The rooms are well maintained, clean, hygienic. I found them spacious as well.
Bathrooms were clean, there is an option of having both bathtub and shower.
Staff:
I found the staff very courteous to my request.

Specially abled:
I found that the hotel is specially abled friendly, there were no steps to access the restaurant for breakfast and there were lifts to reach the room.

Overall I had a great experience, would love to visit them again when I am in Berlin next time.

I was there for the Easter weekend and my stay was pleasant uneventful ! It is clean hotel, no-nonsense Hotel centrally located. It has a business hotel feel to it! I was able to early checkin and my questions were responded on email. The booking was smooth and I had a pleasant stay!

Great location near the train station. From an American tourist standpoint: hotel does provide iron in the room. Toilet is separate from bathroom. After you are done, you have to walk to the shower area to wash your hands. Poor design in my opinion. Very courteous staff always!!

Located across from the S Bahn station with trains every couple of minutes into the centre the hotel is ideally situated. Good comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast with a good selection of food and friendly staff. Will visit again.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast and silent room. Friendly staff (check out took some time but this was because of bad internet connection). Well located 50m from Tiergarten S-bahn so if you take S-bahn from Brandenburg Airport Berlin it is very easy to reach to Novotel.
