Capt'n Schillow was a wonderful find. The food was amazing and the staff even better. The location on the boat was a refreshing change to a traditional restaurant, great ambiance and authentic atmosphere. We can't wait to go back.

I never experienced this kind of aggression from a waiter for tip.

The food was not bad, but not impressive neither, so I didn’t plan to give any tip.

I paid with card, the waiter said ‘the tip is not included’ - I nodded with my head, showing I understand.
He repeated very loudly, almost shouting ‘THE TIP IS NOT INCLUDED’ - so I said ‘ok’ to verbally confirm I understand the information.
I paid with card without tip.
The place was very tight, the waiter was standing at the end of the table, blocking the way for my pregnant wife -arrived back from toilet- to sit down, and for me to stand up, and shook the change in his wallet, showing he still would like to have some tip.

I didn’t have any change, but the situation was so absurd, I don’t think I would have gave him anyway.

I was waiting patiently to the waiter let me leave the table, after ~30 seconds he moved a bit to his left, so I was able to stand up and we were able to leave the restaurant.

But we will not return for sure after this ridiculous situation, which is a pity, because the place has a charming vibe.

Perfect place for a lunch if you're in the area and want to get away from the busy and noisy streets. Calm, nice atmosphere and friendly staff :)

This restaurant is on a boat which is no more in service. Nice atmosphere.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere as it is located on the boat. Food was ok, however the waiter could not precisely describe how salads are made (maybe due to a language barrier), additionally he was very pushy in regards to the tip. After we paid by card, he asked several times if everything is ok. Then he showed the bill again and said that service was not included. That was very uncomfortable. Ultimately we tipped him over 15% of the bill but I felt forced whereas it should be optional, something extra for a unique service. The behaviour of the waiter spoiled the evening. If the restaurant is not paying you enough don't blame clients.
