I cannot confirm the negative reviews (which are also old so I guess not the same staff). They are nice and helpful there. Yes the store is not directly in front of your nose when you step off the escalator, but having a look left and right helps and you see it. Try finding the one in Eastside mall, now that one is really hidden!!

Incredibly hard to find and staff was rude. If my AirBNB did not have a machine that required the Vertuo pods I would not have come here.

Unusually grumpy employees.
The first one we talked to, answered very annoyed on our question (how the new flavour tasted). The next one did not want to let us taste the new flavours of coffee. Not until we showed her our Nespresso membership card. She was not pleased when I showed it, because then she had to make the coffee.

If they had served us in a pleasant way. We would have bought 100-200 capsules and some cups, but we drank our coffee and walked away.

Worst customer service I could find. It's a shame how this great company hired such professional idiots who insults the customers and act completely arrogant. They will not even think and right aways will show their unprofessional behavior. Such a pity shame on their HR team really even the word shame will feel bad if I used it for their HR team

It's a pity that you actually have to rate at least with one star, I would say it's way too high for the "service" we got. I asked if there're any hot chocolate capsules available for Nespresso machines, however a very arrogant sales clerk sent us away, claiming that tasting is for club members only and it's not a BAR. After spending over 500 Euros in Galeria Kaufhof, I felt like homeless that looks for a free drink. It's really sad, since this place used to be one of my favorites for shopping. If they started hiring such an incompetent personnel, it's time for people who value good service to look for alternatives. Galeria Kaufhof is definitely out of my list!!!

Hard to find the store inside the shopping mall. The have all the products and nice service.
