I ordered a Chai latte with a chocolate donut. The taste of Chai Latte was awesome with a masala flavor and served with very fresh and tasty chocolate donut.
I had a great experience of visiting the shop again.

Definitely not as bad as most reviews say. The guy who worked there was very friendly, another staff member even lovingly handed me my iced latte cause he was standing in the way of the desk. Would visit again!

I have the worst impression of this place! Absolutely DON’T RECOMMEND if you’re a tourist.
Girl just completely ignored me, when I asked her in English, she just listened to the man, who was after me and ordered in German, then she told me they don’t have iced latte m.
Worst customer service I have seen in Berlin

The coffee was terrible, but the donuts were pretty good and fresh. They are overpriced when compared to the US. They are about three euros per donut.

Worst costumer service I have ever seen. Just idk. Such as worst thing I had done that I had to come to this place and experience this kind of service .
The Staff not even smile and we're rude. From his and her facial gesture I can tell.

The Donuts and coffee was ok .

Really enjoyed my iced caramel and vanilla lattes from here but they were mega sweet! Service was alright - staff didn't seem very happy and didn't speak great English.
