This is a multi-level shopping center with a cafe on the top floor. You can use elevators or escalators to get from one floor to another. We spent a lot of time looking at everything, and even decided to eat lunch at the cafe. There are a lot of different food choices with a buffet layout. This center seems very popular with the locals amd we really enjoyed our shopping experience.

You can find many top notch brands here for perfumes, bags, cosmetics and clothes. Whenever I enter it, I never come out without buying something because they have a good amount of variety for all categories. I love this place.

They don’t accept changing product bought the day before if you’ve opened the package, even if package and product is in perfect condition. Had to stand around for 15 min while a grown man played with (“tested”) the toy in question, just to be told they won’t exchange it because they don’t have any plastic cord to repackage it. All of this time wasted instead of just upselling us on a different item. Why argue with customers when they just want to buy something different? Why waste 15 min inspecting a 17 euro toy? They could’ve easily sold us another more expensive toy instead if they just knew how to treat customers. Us coming back was an opportunity to sell us more, not a threat to the measly 17 euro revenue the day before. Complete incompetence on how customer sales work. One bad experience can scare away a customer forever. Congratulations.

My visit was very positive and spent quite a bit of money. It changed when I needed the toilet, not apparently run by the store. But in their building near their restaurant. I didn't have any change and certainly not used to this procedure to use the toilet. The lady was the rudest lady had me in tears. Shouted at me threw change down and insisted apon me paying. I did but the attitude is do wrong. Put me off the whole department store.

You can find almost anything from Suite to Toys. Also very high quality products like jewelry. The Staff ist always very kind and helpful.
And it has a classy interour, combined with a foodcourt...what else do we need

21 Cº outside... and 25 inside, no air flow, no oxigen exchange, it's simply too HOT!
How clients are supposed to spent more than 10 minutes (and buy nothing) inside such a big anthill?
The pandemic didn't teach nothing about air quality?
A very bad calling card for the city of Berlin.
