The doctors are ok, but the whole experience is really dreadful. They make ppl with broken legs etc wait standing. There is no bookings, so you have to show up 15 min before they open to get a decent time. But even if you do, and wait by the door, they say that the door is defective and that they open it in 30 min. "Defective". Some of the staff and nurses are real bullies as well. Not to mention that you often have to disclose your issues in front of a waiting room of 30-40 people - in case you care about that. If you can, I suggest staying away from this place.

This is the worst place to go for help - the doctors didn't listen at all what's the matter, didn't check what I tried to tell was wrong and just told to treat injury with ibuprofein and massaging myself because "She is young" - what the hell!? None of my younger German friends got this bad treatment at the same place, they got physio and all. So doctors here seem to be racist or very unprofessional.

The Doctors and Nurses have been treating me lately after rupturing a ligament, they have been brilliant. The majority of them speak good English and have properly assisted me over the past month. Highly recommend using them.

Such a nightmare, they told me I have something broken and still let me wait in a room with no place to sit. Brilliant. Me and other desperates are sitting on the stairs.
This place is really dirty and smells really really bad.

Doctor doesn’t speak English (or does not want to). No proper explanation was given of my injury and receptionists repeatedly gave me the wrong referral letters. Would not recommend visiting this practice.

Very chaotic place. They don’t give out appointments and even don’t know when the doctors are in. Went there twice with my baby without being able to see the doctor. I don’t recommend it at all.
