My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in a Studio Premium room.

The room itself was well-sized and comfortable. The place is quite simple and feels like half hotel, half service apartment.

We were initially given a ground floor despite having requested a higher floor. We did not feel comfortable with this at the room opens very much directly onto a public walkway. However, after we expressed this to the concierge, they were very helpful in changing our room after the first night.

Location-wise, it was near to many food spots and cafes we wanted to check out. However some parts of the neighbourhood felt slightly grungier.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and big rooms. Location is ok,next to many good transportation lines. There is only 1 elevator and the building is very big and it’s not fast enough to serve all the floors

Very small and warm rooms. Bathroom smelled like sewer. A lot of the advertised things wasn’t available; spa and bar for example.
The room could use a deep clean. There was only a chair for one person.

2 stars because:
Quit area close to u-bahn, low Price and quite friendly staff.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms with all necessary amenities. It was great to have a little equipped kitchen. Great location! You can walk to the downtown and visit a lot of museums and interesting places.

Room Layout:
Unfortunately the room was on the ground floor, extremely noisy and uncomfortable. The furniture is low quality and the overall layout / design is low-end. Finishing is really cheap. They are quite good at taking pictures as I must admit the interiors look amazing on booking.

Service:
The reception is led by young people, that is definitely a plus as I am young myself. However, they clearly lack experience and the touch with a customer, especially considering they chose a job in the hospitality industry. Hence why, the service is probably the weakness of this business, and significantly below-par.

Location:
Quite good as it is close to Checkpoint Charlie so fairly central. However, I would suggest the West or the North if you visit Berlin for the weekend as they are respectively hubs for cultural sightseeing and nightlife.

It may seem a little out of the way, but actually with the trams being so good it's only 1 change and 5 stops to HBF, 1 change to the Airport, etc.

We've stayed there 4 times now and the staff have all been helpful - offering bag storage, a slightly early check-in, etc

Not recommended at all, specially during summer, Very very warm rooms , not kids and family friendly. Not helpful staff and unclean rooms. We have found a nail in our bed and we couldn’t sleep whole of the night.
