Very Bad experience. Unfriendly staff, dirty. Have the feeling they are criminal people around. I wanted to book online but they not let me use their WiFi. Kicked me out after some minutes while I was trying to make the booking. The stuff working there was aggressive towards me. Think it is very loud since all rooms seem cheap build. Never again. Be careful. Even for loading phone they charge extra! 0Stars or better -5 - Check my other reviews, I do usually try to be positive but here it’s not possible at all.

I give them three stars because I think they are providing housing for low income locals and refugees. That is very admirable.

If you are low on money or in a fix, you WILL survive staying here. People overhype so much on this website. That being said, my sheets were not clean, the bathroom was barely usable, and the room was an absolute mess. BUT the staff was nice and were clearly trying to make a good experience. You get what you pay for with this hostel.

it was the worst hostel ever. There is no hygiene at all in the bathrooms or rooms, the smell of the place is disgusting. The staff was bad in every sense of the word, there is no words to describe it, they were always making problems with all the people. I will not come back again!

The best barber shop in Berlin! When you enter into the bathroom and the first thing you see is an Arabic guy trimming is beard and forehead when you’re trying to brush your teeth you know it’s a barber. The position is good but unfortunately I’ve been in the same room with a really loud French guy that made my sleep really difficult

I was there 2 years ago. Receptionist girls were not kind at all. Facilities were just acceptable but the kitchen was terrible and bathrooms were just good. Dorms were ok but needed curtains or blackouts. Mattress was old and a little bit noisy. It's really well located, near touristic places. I'd say: bearable for a couple nights.

It was the most disgusting night in my life! Bed bugs and other stuff... they do definitely not clean their rooms :( I was really disappointed. Highly do not recommend!

I don't know how to describe the nastiness of the hotel. I had terrible time staying here for 2 nights. I tried to get out of the hostel as soon as I could. We booked a four bed room and the room was just OK and what to even talk about the disgusting washroom so untidy,the corridors have foul smell you need not wonder if you get sick after using that. Stay at your own risk. The only positive point is the hostel is right beside the U bahn station
