I don’t feel good giving a one-star review, but this is too much…I’ve been waiting for more than an hour believing someone will come back…this is a big NO NO.

Beautiful store, good art section for water-coloring and sketching. We especially enjoyed talking about creative arts with the new manager.

BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!

For most of my adult life, I have been a Moleskine user.  As a freelance creator, organizing tools are a must. Each year I buy, use and archive the same planner: 18-month large hard cover agenda, amongst other items.
During a trip to Berlin in the fall of 2021, I did my yearly Moleskine purchase including notebooks, my 2022 planner and two amazing bags in this store.  Brussels does not have one, so I took the opportunity to enjoy a physical shopping spree. Eva (manager) was patient and attentive to my many questions, and I left with a great purchase of items.

A few weeks ago, I accidentally spilled juice inside my backpack, totally losing my planner.  Unable to find it in the online store, I called Moleskine-Berlin to see how they could help me.  They were TRULY AMAZING, going out of their way by organizing its replacement and sending one from their stock to me!

I will forever be a loyal customer of this store. Thanks Eva and staff, you are the best!

Good service, very efficient and very quick. They have a lot of selections of notebooks, with different colours, sizes. You can also have the notebook personalized with the initials of your name.

I wanted to buy a dotted notebook in brown but staff at the store said it’s not produced in this color anywhere and offered me black one which I didn’t like much. The same evening I found it in brown in Galeria. The next day trying to return black one to the shop they told me their return policy is no money returns but only exchange on other their products.

It’s not 19th century, keep up with the time. Moreover, prices on amazon are twice cheaper for Moleskine notebooks than in the shop. Will try to avoid this shop from now on.

I have been using Moleskine products nearly every day for over 8 years. The sketchbooks are perfect for my work and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

This location is the real issue. Nearly every time I am in need of a Moleskine they are gone during open hours. Either they open later than advertised and I’m forced to come back later or they put up a ‘back in ten minutes’ sign, in which case I peruse other shops for a good 30 minutes and still no one returns. I understand that it may be that people need to take lunch during this time, but post lunch hours or be more clear about the time frame so people aren’t expecting someone to return in ten minutes. It’s just unprofessional and makes it very difficult for a Moleskine lover like me to get the products I need.

Nice location, I got my new notebook here, and stamped the Moleskin Berlin stamp on the front page (if you want something like a proof for where you bought your notebook, tried it :).
Staffs are friendly and helpful, they also can speak English pretty well :).
