We had Campbell as our tour guide for the Free tour.

He was an excellent guide, taking us through the history of Berlin from medieval times through to modern day, with a focus on WW2 and Cold War era history. The tour was well planned with short distances between stops where Campbell would give us a short but informative lecture on the place we were looking at, always answering questions with good humour and enthusiasm.

I would highly recommend this tour.

Had a great day today with Jonathan. Very interesting and fun. He is the best guide ever and took time to talk to everyone in the group individually. We did the walking tour it took about 4 hours and we covered all the main sights. Your is free but you tip what you want at the end of tour usually about €10 to €15 but worth every cent I would highly recommend this tour company.

Did the free walking tour with a guide named Nick, Wow that was my first ever walking tour and Nick as a guide is going to be hard to beat!
He was unreal answered a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable about Berlin and its history. Couldn't recommend it enough at the end of the tour you decided what the tour is worth and pay the guide. Nick A++????????????????????????

Had Campbell as my tour guide. I definitely recommend going on this free walking tour - was extremely informative and engaging. I didn't feel like I was being bombarded with a heap of historical information that was read off a script which I've experienced in other walking tours.

I went to this tour with little or no expectation.
Basically you just walk around into 4-5 bars and get a free drink for each bar you visited.
The beers and bars history are not very clear.
It could be done in any city。
The bars we visited were quite ordinary...
The guide is very knowledgeable about Berlin but did not explain a lot about beers and bars.
I don't know maybe I expected too much.
If you ran out of things to do, this is okay. But if you want to learn more you will be disappointed.

Had a great walking tour from Sam today, had a excellent depth of knowledge on the history behind the wars and also on the buildings. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get a good start on the history of Berlin to give Brewers a go.

We reserved three spaces for the craft beer tour a few days ahead. Purchased transportation day passes (as it states on the website that you need), only to be called an hour and a half before the tour is to begin and told that it is cancelled. Would have appreciated a more timely notice to make other evening plans or to save money on the day passes.
