I only stayed one night and didn't spend much time in the hotel itself. All in all, it's a good one. But I have to say my room smelled so strongly like smoke and the furniture was a bit old. I don't want to complain since the room was clean and had everything I needed. But if there is an option to renovate the rooms and hotel areas at some point this would be highly beneficial for the overall feeling of the guests I think.

Still, I had a nice experience with the hotel.

Nice hotel, rooms are basic but the bed is comfy and they have extra pillows in the cabinets, shower had a lot of pressure which was nice and good temperature. The staff is friendly and speak english. The breakfast is great, very complete/varied and tasty. I had a great stay here

It's alright. Rooms are very old, comfortable bed though.
The receptionists are super unpolite, unprofessional and not informative, we even called until when we can have breakfast and were told by 10am, however when going to the breakfast area we were told until 10:30am. How can your team not know until when it's possible to have breakfast?

We were there 2 nights and out on none of those days the rooms were cleaned (the housekeeping knocked on the door at 830 am! And we said later and they never came back).

However the employees at the breakfast area were the best. The service there is great, food selection is great however with a higher price tag of 19€ per person.

Very family friendly hotel with a great location. It is next to the amazing Gleisdreieck Park with lots of playgrounds and a metro station with which you can reach all sights. Breakfast is a highlight for the kids with a fresh pancake machine. Staff is lovely and kind.

Stayed here for 3 nights. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Called the reception desk and were told there was nothing we could do. Terrible sleep quality, I sweat constantly at night, and had to sleep with the windows open to account for the lack of air conditioning. Rooms are also old and extremely dusty, which triggered my allergies and had me coughing constantly and struggling to breathe. Finally, location is terrible. The only upside is it’s proximity to the subway station, but everything is still at least 20 minutes away using public transport.

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and selected this location because some friends were staying closeby. Otherwise the location is not particularly nice. But at least it is very close to the underground station.
The room that I got was rather small. Thankfully I was staying alone, but if it had been a couple there it would have been pretty crowded.
The worst though was the lack of soundproofing. The room was sharing a wall with the staircase and I could hear absolutely every person going up and down the stairs. Also there was a small step between the corridor and the stairs landing, so every suitcase was making a lot of noise when passing over that. Because of this and the curtains that would not cover enough the sunlight, I slept pretty poorly.

This hotel has no fan or AC in the room. It gets extremely hot in the summer, and it's impossible to sleep. I asked the staff for help, apparently many people have complained, including the employees who are also uncomfortable in the heat, and management does nothing to repair the AC. I asked for a refund so I could go to a different hotel and was told no, that is against management's policy.
