This is a very special place!! If you are in Berlin do NOT miss this gem of a cafe! The owner/cook prepares the daily specials with only the freshest and most wholesome ingredients. Everything is made with LOVE and is beyond DELICIOUS!! Thank you, Lycke Cafe!! I will miss you but I WILL be back!!! ♥️

Everything is made from scratch and home cooked. I stayed at the Aletto (a phenomenal hotel) and came here everyday. Of course I’m familiar with the Michelin starred restaurants and delicious Vietnamese food in Berlin but this cafe blew my mind. I’m coming back for the German cheesy pasta and wish I discovered the flourless cake earlier.

Absolutely delicious, independent cafe with mostly vegan food. The owner was lovely and helped us out directly. Spätzle with cheese, lentil soup with turkey sausage, and sweet potato onion quiche were all wonderful. Also some of the best espresso I’ve had in Berlin. Get the super-tasty chocolate chip cookie!

Great atmosphere, the woman and her brother are very nice and their food is homemade and fresh, you can really taste the effort being made. Very good and cool local restaurant, definitely would visit again!
