This is not only my favorite restaurant on the face of earth but objectively one of the best culinary institutions in Berlin. In the pictures you can see the vegan miso ramen, the vegan tantan ramen (my absolute favorite) and the karaage. I keep coming back to this place because not only are they consistent with the quality of the food and the mind blowing taste of the dishes but also because of the extraordinary service that no other restaurant in Berlin can match. I have been here with many friends over the years (some of them are very picky eaters) and every time we asked for a modification to the order or asked a question about the food they have been very kind and helpful. It is an incredibly dog friendly restaurant, they always bring a fresh bowl of water and cucumbers to snack on for my not-so-well-behaved dog and accommodate her needs. The music is as great as the food and I always leave with a huge smile on my face after interacting with the staff because they are the most welcoming and lovely hosts. I can’t recommend this place enough.

If you love Japanese Ramen and Japanese styled Fried Chicken, then this is your place in Berlin. The service was very jolly and friendly, Atmosphere is very pleasant. We had the traditional Chashu Shoyu ramen which had soy sauce based Chicken broth with 5 Chashu porks, seaweed sheet, boiled egg and seasoned bamboo shoots. The Karate teller was pretty and yummy with crunchy chicken and it’s sweet and sour dip. The juices were average. I liked the Yuzushorle (with and w/o whisky). Overall it’s a great place. I would rate 8.5/10 for eating Ramen. Indeed Recommended.

This is an authentic Japanese restaurant. Good dishes outside of the classic “Philadelphia rolls” that most places offer. The prices are relatively high and the portions rather small. Nevertheless, this is a good location for lunch. It has ample outdoor and indoor seating. Therefore, it is especially suitable for a hot summer day.

A bowl of tasteful Raman, from the broth to the meat to the noodle. 5 stars to everything, lovely flower shop outside too!

One of the best vegan ramens in Berlin, and that’s a very small list. I can feel that the food is made with care. The ramen soup is dense, tasteful and clear. The veggies are all fresh. The sesame oil on the table is a killer, do try! Sit by the river and served by a group of very polite waiters, I would come again for sure.

I have nothing to criticise so I won’t remove any of the 5 stars.
Atmosphere, taste of ramen broth (all of us had the pork ramen) and also the yuzu lemonade just makes you feel comfy.

I especially enjoyed the decent taste of the egg and the sauce served with the karaage (I just couldn’t let it go to waste so I put leftovers into my broths - which made it even better :D )

Great Ramen u0026 Good Vegan options too. I think the char shu was made good and tasty. Overall we do think it’s a bit pricey.
