Dr. Anke Joachim and her team are amazing! I went in for a consultation that a coworker of her performed because she was on annual leave. They called me back for another check-up, this time with Dr. Anke Joachim and she confirmed that I have indeed the anatomy for a Gynefix, which is a copper chain iud. After a failed attempt at getting a regular iud with my previous gynecologist I was thrilled! I went back for the operation and it was super swift and professional. I was super nervous and both the assistant as well Dr. Anke Joachim we're so lovely and understanding! Her assistant held my hand, gave me water, and a cold compress when I felt a little dizzy. 10 ????! Highly recommend! ???? The only con: they don't take regular debit cards (only ec card or cash so I had to pay 300 Euros in .. Cash . ????)

I came here several times for a pain I have been living with for 4 years. Every time they send me away because they could not find the cause. Once they thought it was endmetrioses, I got operated for it. Which did not solve the problem. Feeling horrible I still did not find a solution the gynecologist bluntly told me the pain must be mental. Sending me home once again without further help. They follow protocol and when they don't find anything send you away. Where is the empathy and eagerness to find a solution for your patient?

Dr Anke Joachim.
Really the best frauen artz that I ever had. I am with her for over 10 years now. I have had lots of problems getting pregnant, something that has been very emotiona and difficult. Frau Joachim has always been so kind to me over the years to help me through this proecess in good and bad moments, always taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I get the right care. When you are going through something like this, it helps when your doctor doesnt treat you like a number but like a real person who is going through something difficult. I am now pregnant and she has made a big different in my state of mind during this process.

DO NOT use this Frauenartz!! I don't think there has been one time that I have left this practice, and not been on the verge of tears. The staff and doctors are unbelievably rude and impatient and I found Dr Joachim to be extremely judgmental and unprofessional.

They said they don’t take new patients anymore. I don’t know if this is even legal to reject the patients. Also as a doctor, would you say that???
