Very good experience overall. The service was outstanding. Breakfasts very good, diverse and tasty.

My only, really minor, complaints are regarding to placement of the hotel and rooms. Hotel is far enough from city centre to exclude walking there, yet sounds of the street were annoying for me. And the room itself, while clean and well thought, showed that the previous renovation was some time ago.

Really nice place, although is not in a very nice out touristic area the location is convenient, with a grocery store just next door an in between Berlin downtown and the Airport. The staff is super friendly, and do their best to help you in your needs. Some are not fluent in English, but that is in me, I should speak German. Parking can be not enough at times and the spots are so narrow, but I think that is an European thing.

Part of the wonderful memory of our visit to Berlin certainly belongs to this hotel.
I don't remember all the names, but all the staff, from breakfast, room cleaning, to the reception, were very polite, discreet and helpful.
The rooms are modern and clean, the service was perfect.

The staff, the food etc are very good for the price. Lost a star cause a woman at the front desk has zero customer service skills and was somewhat aggressive towards us. But the rest of it was only good and other staff made up for her terrible behaviour. Would recommend !

I stayed at this hotel for two days with my wife and child. We wanted to have a good rest, but it was not then that the neighbor from above began to jump like King Kong. I called the reception and asked to change
room but we were denied it. This continued on the second day of my stay. The walls of the hotel are crumbling where are the 4 stars? There were no slippers and a bathrobe, although they would have been useful since the rugs here are very dirty and old. The hotel is 20-25 minutes from the metro. plus this hotel - only clean pillowcases and air conditioning.

The generally nice condition of the public area leads to great disappointment upon entering the room. Clearly visible stains on the floor and a horrific smell, which wouldn't go away for 2 days!
In our room, the window was not functioning properly, the towel rack was coming off the wall and the holder for the shower was loose.

If we could have moved, we would have - out of the room, or the hotel!

Our room was not ready more than half an hour past check-in(we can deal with that ok np) but the receptionist didnt even bother to be sorry for the inconvenience
.. Huh?
Overall, the facility is money worth i guess.
The attitude and customer service was shocking. We both felt unwelcome :( not a single smile from anyone else than the lady saying good morning at the breakfast.
