Cons:
- NO FREE BREAKFAST! Maybe they have it sometimes, but when we arrived we were directed to eat at the nearby grocery store with no explanation.
- Wi-Fi was extremely slow and had child filters on it.
- Elevator did not work while we were there.
- Only took cash, with the nearest ATM nearly a 20 minute walk away.

Pros:
- Nice enough bed with private shower.
- Blackout curtains.

Clean and very spacious rooms, located in the city but really calm and cosy inside.
The receptionist lady was incredibly nice and helpful, would totally recommend !

The rooms were fine it can be better but ok. But the biggest problem are the staff they are not friendly helpful and they don't speak English. We were made to wait outside in the cold because the reception works from 2 pm. And not just us all the guests are complaining about that.

Nice, comfortable bed and sheets, clean room, nice window, sweet lady at reception, would come again for beds and getting the biggest window room.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed - including the hostel in costa rica with no air conditioning and a million bugs. Run. Now.

Berlin requires to use transports anyway to be able to visit it in a weekend, therefore the ONLY 'negative' aspect of this hotel can be ignored (there's a night bus arriving at 15min walking, daily bus just across). I was expecting an average hotel..Whereas it was a long time I didn't see such a clean and fresh room! Breakfast is modest choice but perfectly fuelling. Personnel is NOT chatty but very much polite. I would totally recommend this hotel!
