Well, the fact is that hotel needs refurbishment, no air conditioning, which is really annoying on hot days.
Rooms are cleaned daily and are clean. Members of the staff are extremely helpful, honest, friendly and polite. Well done guys! Special thanks to Otman, highly appreciated your help today.

The staff and the breakfast was actually the best thing about the hotel. The breakfast was continental. Great coffee. Great food. The staff is really friendly and polite. The service is great.

The rooms are very small. The building needs some renovation and cleaning. It takes a little journey to reach here. Wifi is limited. AC needs some work.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Rooms are small and need refurbishment badly. Also the room was a bit dirty, carpet full of steins, spiderwebs in the corners, old beer bottles in a cupboard and the walls were chipped. Rooms not cleaned due to lack enough staff. Overall the hotel has potential but needs updated and investment.

The website described the hotel as a 3-star hotel which is quite misleading. The stay was decent with a good breakfast. But the room was very small and not enough sockets for charging electronics. The hotel did indeed have all the necessary facilities. The location is very very far from the centre or hauptbanhof.

One staff member asked me to wait for 5 minutes since he was discussing something with his colleague in front of me.

15€ minimum charge for payment with card.

Each room had to be signed individually. Not ideal when touring with a group.

Mc Donald’s next door if you’re into that s****

Unusable Wi-Fi at around 1mbps

Way below par breakfast, but at least they had a waffle machine … if you’re into that …

Breakfast host seemed agitated when we didn’t know how to say our room numbers in German. Also didn’t seem to understand how to count fingers.

Very clean rooms and a good breakfast. Very accommodating and helpful staff in person.
Pets allowed and they helped with parking.

Rooms a bit small and communication could have been better online.

Danke for everything and a special thanks for Caner. We loved spending some time here and thank you for your welcome. The teenagers loved spending time here. It’s a lovely place with a good team.
