Wir waren heute beim Kochkurs "Tapas" und fanden es großartig. Die Zusammenstellung der einzelnen "Kleinigkeiten" war hervorragend und wurden in der Zubereitung sehr gut erklärt. Die beiden Köche Ben und Flo haben uns sehr angenehm durch den Abend begleitet und man konnte, wenn der Wille da war auch handwerklich etwas lernen. Ebenso war der Austausch über andere Gerichte möglich, was ich äußerst positiv finde.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder einkehren :)

Ich war heute bei "Low Carb" , da ich diesen Kurs von meiner Tochter zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen habe.
Anfangs hatte ich Sorge, dass ich evtl. hungrig nach Hause gehen würde, aber das Gegenteil trat ein. Es war ein sehr gelungener Abend, neben den tollen Speisen, die wir zubereitet und anschließend verzehrt hatten, war es ein tolles Ambiente mit 2 kompetenten und netten Köchen, welche uns ihr Wissen vermittelt und uns bewirtet haben. Daher kann ich dieses nur weiter empfehlen. Ich bin mehr als satt, glücklich und zufrieden...Weiter so!

One and the same kitchen was therefore sold 3 times. The best paying (company party ...) then got the contract. The participants of the canceled courses not even a rejection ..

The chef on site was super nice and really sorry, but of course he was powerless. Would have liked to have had my course with him, he looked cool and competent, the kitchen area also looked very appealing from the outside ...

Update: the friendly boss handled the "case" well afterwards. We decided against trying again at the cooking school and got our money back.
All in all, went stupid. A shame, it would have been nice.

Wow. Sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Tickets für jeweils 75€ (Saucen) gebucht, Bestätigung per Mail inkl. Tickets bekommen. Um kurz vor 18 Uhr tauchen wir dort auf, vor der Tür bereits verzweifelte Menschen. Diese waren extra 2 Stunden für ihren Kurs (Basic) angereist, aber leider war heute „geschlossene Veranstaltung“. Kurs Basic fiel also aus. Kurs Saucen auch.
Ein und dieselbe Küche wurde also 3x verkauft. Der bestzahlenste (Firmenfeier...) hat dann den Zuschlag bekommen. Die Teilnehmer der ausfallenden Kurse nichtmal ne Absage..

Der Koch vor Ort war zwar super lieb und es tat ihm auch wirklich leid, aber er war natürlich machtlos. Hätte gerne bei ihm meinen Kurs gehabt, er wirkte cool und kompetent, Küchenraum sah von außen auch sehr ansprechend aus...

Update: die freundliche Chefin hat den „Fall“ im Nachhinein gut bearbeitet. Wir haben uns gegen einen weiteren Versuch bei der Kochschule entschieden, und unser Geld zurück erhalten.
Alles in allem doof gelaufen. Schade, wäre bestimmt schön gewesen.
