We booked the tour and went to the site and waited over an hour and the bus never came. I called the company and got a recording which said the office was closed on weekends and gave another number. I called the other number and nobody answered the phone. I emailed them and they responded on Monday with an apology and promised a refund.

The buses are new and clean. The Audio is accurate and it has a lot of information, really, a lot.
The Staff is friendly, helpful and good looking. They helped me a few times ????

The sales staff are friendly and helpful. The bus route was great and stopped at all the places we wanted. Excellent drivers. The audio was of good quality with just enough info to be interesting without droning on. Every bus we got onto was clean and new. Recommended.

Tried to buy tickets for the boat tour but were unable to do so because the woman in the ticket booth did not speak a word of english. She slammed the window and did not sell us any tickets. A boat arrived in a few minutes after that picking up the german speaking customers..

Can't understand how the english is so poor especially with such a tourist-y service. :(

All the staff are friendly, they are always on time ,I personally loved the open top buses to travel in summer ,buses are clean and maintained well ... best in class

Bin enttäuscht, man hat uns am Breitscheidtplatz Karten für eine Bootsfahrt angedreht mit der festen Zusage dass wir am gleichen Tag noch fahren können, da wir am anderen Tag schon wieder nach Hause fahren mussten. Am Bootsanleger angekommen wurde uns mitgeteilt dass alle Fahrten ausgebucht sind.
