I loved staying at Karlito. I spent about 4 weeks in my apartment there and fell in love with Berlin, in part, because of it. It's in a great part of the city with excellent walking access to so much. Grocery stores, bars, cafes (right downstairs), historical sights and so much of the city life can be seen with a quick walk or by catching the public transit right outside your door. Breakfast is pretty standard there if you choose to have it brought to your room, but overall I'd highly recommend it.

The location is excellent. The room is very large and well equipped. The only problem was the lightning of the room, poor and badly distributed. The breakfast is served at the room and was ok. There is no parking lot, you have to find a place to park at the street with the permit you receive at the check-in.

My family stayed there, nice rooms and nice service. Some problems occurred with the bike rental, but other than that, the room was spatious and clean, everything was there and the location is very central; which, of course, depends on what you want to do in Berlin.

There was no information 50€ caution for park place. I ordered separate bed for 3 person in bussines trip and I got king bed.

What to expect from a unique aparthotel in the most trendy area in berlin? The best connubio ever! So happy to stay at karlitos for my hols! Clean and huge apartment

Apartments are spacious and clean, great location!
Great value for money.
Breakfast is rich and good.
It is highly recommended!

Very clean, all new, soft beds, have a lot of space, nice cafe downstairs.
