Shalom. Great service, friendly, even there were many visitors an Xray was done within 2 hours. In comparable hospitals the same service took more than 4 hours. Aside the doctor was cute and competent ????Thank you.

Until now, the nurses and doctors are very professional, friendly and helped me in English. Thankful for everything. Also quite a modern hospital compared to the Charité in Wedding.

I went to this hospital with, as I believed, broken foot and asked them to take an x-ray. The "doctor" spent a minute with me, looked at my foot and said that I needed to rest and that they wouldn't take an x-ray because it was apparently nothing serious. His attitude was very unpleasant. Long story short, my foot was indeed broken and it took me a lot of time to get proper help somewhere else afterwards. I'll never go to this hospital again. They know nothing about empathy and simpy aren't willing to help.

Have 2 times MRI and CT at the hospital. Each time the doctors and the reception stuff were really friendly and were speaking to me in English ????

No disregard of the patient. I understand that, during the pandemic, many hospitals have had to make a lot of changes. But if I have an appointment booked for stationary treatment that will last for 3 months, then the least you can do is call the patient first. Leaving a voice message over 4 weeks ago just doesn't cut it. I've cancelled my flat, made certain arrangements at work and personal life to accommodate the long treatment. Only to arrive at the reception with all my bags and to be told that they had closed the ward. I had so much hope for the staff and the treatment there, but I've been left disappointed and kind of disregarded. It seemed to me that none of the doctors or staff even cared about my situation. I was now facing homelessness only because of their carelessness. The receptionist ended up throwing me out of the waiting room because they needed the chair for a patient who had an appointment in the ward.
Thank you.
