The delivery guy couldn’t find the apartment (did not call) then left. 20 minutes later he called me and told me if I wanted to eat then I better come down and take the food from him cause he’s not coming up to the fifth floor. I asked if I could return the order but he told me no and kept telling me “do you want to eat or not?!!”
I’ve dealt with a lot of rude delivery guys but this is just the absolute worst. I prefer regularly from Lieferando and have no issues with delivery most of the time. For some reason, the delivery always has an issue when I order from this place. Never ever ever again.

Delivery time was estimated at 20 mins but I waited an hour for some extremely poorly prepared pizza and fries. Last time I order from this place!

Delivery took 2 hours instead of 30 minutes.

You claim the delay was due to traffic and distance: That’s a lame excuse — my place is just 6 km from your restaurant, that’s a few minutes by car or bike.

If you cannot deliver in a reasonable time, you shouldn’t accept any new orders.

Very bad service. Made a big order, waited for 2 hours it never came called they said it would b delivered in 20 minutes it's now the next day and nothing came, tried calling back and they just kept not answering the call :/.

Currywurst was really bad. Horribly made. Unfriendly service and unpleasant environment, even for a cheap eat. Price is high for such a bad place

Ordered via Lieferando, said that the order is delivered and no sign of it for hours!! Super rude on the phone. Stay away!

Horrible restaurant, horrible owner if you like trash this is the place to go.
