The place is nice and the staff is mostly friendly, but the food is not Italian at all and not good, I had a spaghetti carbonara that had the eggs scrambled and when we mentioned it to the waiter he got really defensive and rude, two of the three dishes that we ordered were terrible. The beverages and ice creams were ok.

Probably one of the worst restaurants I've been in Berlin. We ordered three dishes and only one was semi decent. The carbonara pasta was best described as scrambled eggs with bacon and pasta. I'm sure any Italian would be more than disgusted with this food. The drinks were okay and the service was good as well. This park undoubtedly needs a much better place to eat. The views are great and the atmosphere is nice... But unless you stick to cake and coffee or beer... I would not recommend it.

Shame! They only accept cash on a global event of #Niantic. Plus waiter speaks no english. Dont go there

Surprisingly good Italian restaurant in the middle of the park. Does good coffee, cakes and ice, as well as a full lunch menu. Always a nice treat on a trip to Britzer Garten. Best place to eat in the park
