Lovely environment, very friendly waitress, colourfully plated food, but the quality of the food itself was surprisingly below average - not very flavourful and tuna was disappointingly overcooked and tough. For lunch we waited for 40 minutes for our food, and the bread to go with the meal didn't arrive until the meal was done.

Went for a business trip to Berlin and was taken to this place by surprise. The staff are very welcoming, Chef accommodated for all diets and excelled with every dish! The atmosphere is fantastic, with a nice blend of a fine dining venue with the soundtrack of a cool cafe. 10/10 would recommend

Small restaurant, excellent atmosphere, satisfying food, and exceptionally friendly wait staff. I don't speak German, but they explained the menu in English without hesitation. What are you waiting for? Give Ilsebill a shot.

My first visit, and definitely not my last. I had the lunch plate, which was 8,80€ (including bread and a very generously-poured Schorle). Everything was perfectly seasoned, and so, so delicious. I didn't try the pulled pork sandwich this time, but lots of people around me were eating them, and it looked as good as it smelled. Next time, Ilsebill, next time.

We came across this cool little cafe while wandering the neighbourhood and loved the atmosphere and decor. Warm welcome and excellent service. The food was excellent....burgers, pulled pork roll in charcoal bun and the fabulous veggie mezze dish were all tasty and well presented. Really nice coffee too. Highly recommended

Listening to stairway to heaven while eating the best steak sandwich of my life! Great customer service, cool decor, and fair prices!

The place is lovely and the food was amazing. A bit on the expensive side but worth it. The only problem is that they only take cash but there were no signs warning me of that, so we discovered that "little issue" once we asked for the bill. Long story short, I ended up going out of the restaurant and walking around for 20 minutes till I found a working ATM, which completely ruined the great dinner experience we had.
