Used to be my favorite bar in Berlin and I always had a good time, but last Saturday the service was a shame. It took 40 minutes for a waitress to take our order, they forgot our beers and when we asked in the bar if we could order directly there they said no… we waited more than 30 minutes after making a second order and no one came. We left after 1h hour of waiting for our beers, but they never came.
This place already had better days :

The ambiance is great just like the location. They have a good selection of drinks, but on the the rather expensive side for Berlin prices. I’m giving only two stars mainly because the staff is rather rude.

Service took way too long to deliver our overpriced drinks. We also got served someone elses’ order and they did not have toilet paper at the ladies room until i asked them for it. Also my friend waited over 15 mins for a beer - staff was busy serving themselves shots instead of our orders. When we went to pay they had the audacity to ask about tip, sorry but if you want to be tipped you should also deliver quality service. Would not come back again.

It’s taking at least 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive. It’s not that we ordered a cocktail or something. So late in just getting beer bottles to our table. And then the waitress came with wrong drinks asking if it's ours. Typical Berlin service experience ????????u200d♀️

we missed our reservation here yesterday (which was completely our fault), but when a friend of mine asked super politely if we could just wait until the next free table, door man was very rude to us and said „we are full, tschüss“ as he pointed away from the bar.
i mean, after reading some reviews here, and also the answers from the owner, it was pretty obvious the service is awful here :)
but cannot say anything about the drinks or food as we couldn’t wait to be seated :)

They were probably understaffed. Waiting times were very long. A lot of products were out of stock and the employees were kind, but very rushed and seemed uninterested.
