Hotel Pension Classic Berlin

This place was great and perfectly located, my family and I took a trip on a whim to Berlin to site see and this is the place we chose. In the beginning it was not really easy to find, but once we found the place it was great. The building in shared with a couple different businesses and there was not an elevator working but once I got up to get us check in it was fine. The lady that checked me in was very polite and professional. She showed me where the parking garage was and even offered to help with the bags, but I did decline, I could handle it. We have 2 babies with us and they already had a pack n play setup for us. When I finished parking and unloading this lady sat down with my oldest daughter and I, explained breakfast times, gave us a good map of Berlin and spent the next 30 minutes telling us the major historical spots and main attractions and how to get to them. Impeccable service, we will stay there again! The room was spotless and very comfortable. There was bedroom and living area separate which was what we wanted with three kids. Both room connected with the bathroom with separate doors. Absolutely ????!

A wonderful location, the subway is next door, shops, restaurants everything is a few meters away. There could be better quality bathroom facilities, the pension became 3 stars. Breakfast could contain something hot (omelette, sausages) but otherwise everything is ok, the coffee is super good ❤️, and I have pretensions to coffee ????. Comfortable beds, super clean sheets. Too bad they didn't have air conditioning especially since it was very hot outside.

Stayed for 3 days in September 2019 in a room with 2 beds. Pros: convenient location near underground and KDW. We took a bus from Tegel airport to the Berlin Zoo station and then walked 20-30 min top. Owner was polite and helpful. Room was clean. We did like breakfast which was included. Definitely would like to visit again.

Great location to tour the city. We arrived late and had to leave early and were easily accommodated. Bit of an issue with our room on our first day but were quickly moved to another room. All the staff was super helpful. As we were leaving very early, we were offered to take any items on our last day to make ourselves some breakfast, a kettle left in the breakfast room so we could make coffee/tea. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good. The reception were very efficient with checking in and instructions on our late arrival and what to do. Great Turkish-style buffet breakfast which also included a selection of cereals, tea u0026 coffee and (would you believe?) a toaster! Comfy beds and spacious room. No complaints from us.

It is the seventh time that we stay for 2 weeks at time. The room are basic the service is very good. Breakfast is essential but satisfactory.
