Hotel Midi Inn City West am Kurfürstendamm

Hello,
My name is Zeliha A. and I stayed at Hotel Midi Inn City West Ku’damm at 23rd of May, Thursday night and checked out on Friday morning around 8 o’clock in the morning.

I forget my Macbook charger at the room, number 22, and informed you via an email last night. I called 3 times today, the guy on the reception said that you’ll call me when you find it. But when I called at 16.00 today, the new guy in the reception is not aware of it.

Are you not looking for it?? When the cleaning lady cleaned the room, she should have found it and told you about it. You can also ask the new guest if he has found it.
I still have no information even though I called 3 times today!!

I do not recommend this hotel for obvious reasons!

Great location to Ku'damm. Quaint rooms. Good beds. Clean. Pleasant service. But noisy, old and worn!

Big, nice and clean rooms with a soul. Great location. Would recommend without doubt.

Staff was friendly. The room was hygenic, but the wifi didn't work most of the time.
