I want to say big thanks to Andrey. He’s a great person and a true professional. He helped us to buy the wedding rings, while my grandma and grandpa were on the weekend in Berlin: Andrey made a booking, gave us full information about the rings, that we needed, always stayed in touch with us, even after day-work.
I wish every Cartier’s boutique to have such a great professional as Andrey. I also want to say thanks to the Berlin boutique for making our wedding dream come true!

What a bad experience at Cartier Berlin. As a regular customer from Cartier in Amsterdam i am used to good service and attention. Here in Berlin the sales employee just leave you and do not give you any attention. I was seated by the security guard, and for more than 20 minutes nobody helped me. What an incredible disappointment, as i already knew which neckless i was going to buy for my wife.
At that moment there where no customers in the shop. If they would only tell me that i had to wait for 30 minutes than it would be another story.
Even the security guard said it was not right.
I left without purchase and am really disappointed in the brand.

Worst Cartier store that I have ever been to! I came in last week to purchase 3 jewelry pieces, but no one was in the store to assist me. After waiting for over 30 minutes, someone came out and said someone else would help me eventually. Tired of waiting, I decided to book an appointment for another day… The day of my appointment came and still the sales associate was 30 minutes late. Then, after I mentioned that I wanted to purchase 3 things (two of them as gifts) someone finally seemed interested. However, even after I purchased the gifts I noticed they were not gift wrapped… so I asked the sales associate if he could kindly wrap the items. Since he seemed upset by my question, I told him he only needed to wrap the two gift items and not mine. Still, I shouldn’t feel bad for asking the sales associate to gift wrap items when I am paying thousands of euros for jewelry.

Shopping from Cartier should be a magic experience, not a pain. I’m disappointed that the people I bought the gifts for were not able to receive the experience I usually receive at other Cartier boutiques around the world. If you don’t have to shop at this location, I would highly recommend you stay away.

Just a waste of time. In December we purchased some accessories for the Santos and we just came to pick up the accessories. After 1,5 hours of waiting there is no respect or appreciation for the customer. No signal of interest.
There are better places in Berlin that represent the brand. No brand experience at all.

Apart from the vendor who took care of me, It was a total disappointment. The security personnel were so arrogant, and don’t know anything about french « politesse » speaking and laughing in deutsche while starring at me. Jealousy? They were fixing me non stop. When the manager came to me and asked me « what nationality it is on your passport » waw quelle élégance ! Google check ! I don’t come from space. When I came back the next day the same security guard who recognised me told me I need to see your name on the list, they should have written it as they delayed my purchase. Could have bought a watch from you every two months, hopefully there are other places with a good consumer service, there is nothing « Luxury » about yours other than your vendor’s courtesy. You should respect the consumer wherever country his money came from. Such a shame for a house like Cartier.

Nice location with helpful staff. As an American who speaks no German I was relieved when I was introduced to a staff member who spoke very good English.
