Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel situated in a quiet street. Good security at hotel. Room was nice, comfortable bed. Bathroom clean with under floor heating. Love the operation to be able to boil your own (beo) eggs, good selection at the buffet. Good selection of loose tea. Would stay again.

Good staff, nice rooms, breakfast is very basic and limited quantities but a good quality. Location is only main downside. Train station is 20min walk and no shops or restaurants near at all 20min walk as well. Area is very run down with lots of graffiti and high rise buildings.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The room,service,cleanliness was superb!First time guest,but definitely not the last time I'll visit.My Berlin 'home'!

A really good hotel, nice and tastefully decorated. Situated in a very nice and calm part of Kreutzberg, close to the canal, and within short walking distance from the underground. Will definitely stay here again if I have a chance.
