Staff is very friendly. Room was pretty looking and comfy, with a river view. Breakfast is nice, pretty large variety of foods. It's located a few mins walk from S bahn station, so it's great.
The whole hotel is full of art - pictures, sculptures - which is very pleasant, not like any other hotel,
Rooms could be a bit cleaner, there was a considerable amount of dust, spatially on the floor.

It really is a lovely hotel. Situated in what appears to be an apartment building it is spacious and is at a great location save one thing....no air conditioning. While that is very common in European hotels, they could at least provide fans as we've had in other hotels. Other than that great spot!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice, clean rooms. Old building, but rooms are modern and fully renovated which totally impressed me. Breakfast is delicious. Crib for baby is free of charge. Great place to stay, specially with a family.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Staff is very friendly and provides a good service. Rooms are modern, neat and clean. Excellent breakfast provided. Parking is easy in the street.

Fantastic boutique hotel in an old mansion. Wonderful art and a very good breakfast. Quiet area on a side street near the river and river walk. 5 minutes walk to su0026u train, Tiergarten and 1 stop away from zoo.

Fabulous quiet place in the heart of Berlin. High quality service and tasty breakfast. Big room with balcony and nice view on Spree river.

Hotel in general was not bad. Good breakfast and large room. Close to the train station which is take you to the centre, but come back is an issue bit. I took taxi from Alexander platz and Brandenburg Gate, cost about 16,18 euro. If you want a walk it's takes 50+ minute to the Brandenburg Gate. Unfortunately not many restaurants around and you have to go to center as is no room service available in hotel.
