Literally the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. Luckily was only there for one night but my goodness it was awful.

Its really dirty and smells bad. The carpet floors are filthy. Wifi connects but its as if it didn't. Can barely send whatsapp messages with it. The bathroom barely had any soap and there was no hot water in the shower. The hotel shouldn't be allowed to be open in my opinion. It needs a complete renovation.

Trust me, any other option is better than this hotel no matter what. Thank me later.

I have made a reservation via Booking.com, but unfortunatelly for a day early. I checked what I had put into the Booking.com search bar and the dates there were correct.

Unfortunatelly Booking.com said I should have checked the dates upon confirmation, not in the search bar, and the hotel has decided not fix this, keeping all the money, even though they saw a message from me asking for early check-in on the correct dates.

Upon contacting them directly, the receptionist told me they will not make the change.

Dirty worn out hotel. The corners are moldy and stinky. There was strange sound at night probably from the smoke detector. Mosquitoes if you open the windows. Elevator fits only 2 persons and it is really hard to open the door for luggages to fit in.

+ location is easy to find - parking is difficult to find if checking in in the evening - old elevator stairs - bathroom is small and no hot water - room is hot and has no fan or is broken

Customer service ridicilously slow, unclean lobby and after all the wait these people had overbooked their hotel leaving us without a room. Cashier lady was sleeping. Incompetent and honestly just pathetic.

MY name is Rafat, I forgot two diamond rings at the shower room, forgot my room number as I was a guest who likes to change rooms along my long stays.

So the two rings were at the bathtub, one of the rings is white and yellow gold thick manly design. and the other one is south African design that ha one diamond at the center of it.

I asked staff at the front desk and they said we have to ask and they never came back, they said No.

How can two diamond rings just disappear at your hotels,? can this be taken to the management for investigation? I didn't work hard to give the hotel two diamond rings.;

please solve and this review can be taken down.

Kind Regards,

One of the worst hotel ever visited. Maybe 40 years ago it was nice, but after long time with no maintenance now it looks just dilapidated. Stairs carpets are all consumed. The elevator was creepy due to strange noises. It drives you to hope that it make it. The room was dirty with very bad and dirty moquette. All the safety electricity rules have been broken. Another aspect to consider was the total absence of parking spot. Of course this is not their fault but it's something to consider if you travel with car. The only pros was the kind personnel.
