Clean, spacious and well-kept rooms. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of Europe's largest animal park and a large common/ heathland. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Not in the city centre but Alexanderplatz is only 20 minutes away by train from the nearby station. Great value for money.

Very friendly and responsive staff. You are feeling welcome here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nearby a lot of supermarkets, cafe restaurants and a public transport. Quiet at night. Great!

We needed to stay in this particular part of Berlin for two days. (Part of the former East Berlin.)The room was big the beds firm and pleasant and the bathroom had a decent size, but the shower reeked of urine. We said it to the staff, who tried to wash it away, but it only helped a little.

Nice place for short accommodation. Hotel is located near S-bahn station in a quite place not so far from city center. Clean room with friendly receptionist. We had breakfast in the nearest bakery.

A little gem in the heart of Karlshorst. The rooms are very clean and lovingly decorated. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating (we arrived in the middle of the night)! Schön dekoriert, sauber und super freundliches Personal! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Highly recommended!

My expectations were exceeded. In fact, I extended my stay another two nights and had more time to see the city. I'm looking forward to returning in April.
