This hotel was the worst:
-The door did not close without putting you shoulder onto it
-the bed was to small to two persons and very uncomfortable
- there was a weird smell on all ares of hotel, in the room, in the lobby everywhere

I would avoid this hotel

The only good thing was the nearby public transport that would get you in berlin city center easily

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and had one of my worst experience. Here are five reasons why:
1) The hotel had bed bugs. I was severely bitten and complained about it with the front desk. I showed the bite marks, pictures and a video. All they could say was sorry.
2) They don't provide free Internet. You have to pay for it.
3) The manager was extremely rude when I tried to get up to my room the following day after having checked in. He refused to believe that I stayed there despite showing my night key and room card.
4) The room was in poor condition. It had very old and dusty furniture, broken lights, and dirty curtains.
5) There is no hotel staff available after 11 PM. You have to enter through a side door with a separate key that is given to you upon check-in. In case you have problems, good luck figuring it out.

Do not stay here!

Well, this hotel was comfortable and quiet, what I appreciate so much. The suite won't impress you, although it's clean and good-looking. The hotel is situated in B-zone, you can get there by S3 city train. The whole district is calm and quiet. I would gladly stay here while our next visit to Berlin

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this is hands down the worst. We got back to our room around 11pm, our room key-card didn't work so we were locked out of out room and there was no hotel staff to help. We managed to catch the bar staff just as they were leaving who managed to get someone to come and let us in. After a 30 minute wait in the 1st floor lobby someone finally turned up and got our key working. This chap then said room keys need to be activated everyday. Well this is the first time I have ever heard of anything like that and no-one at the hotel told us that when we checked in. When you add to this the fact that the room was stinking of cigarettes I would avoid and stay elsewhere, like the street. That would be more comfortable ????

The hotel is close to the public transport which brings you everywhere in no time and that's the only positive.

- The beds are the worst beds I have even slept in. Why? I can feel every metal spring in them.
- The room stinks after cigarettes.
- The interior is old and partly broken.
- Inexperienced staff
- No shampoo in the shower.

Plusses: district is very quiet, good restaurants and stores around, good size of a room.

Minuses: far away from the city center (30 min), broken door in the shower, as a result the whole floor was wet every day, no changing towels during 3 days of stay, paid internet in 2019-come on?! 30 min before check out they knocked to our door and asked if we are going to pay for an extra night as we are still in the room.

Dirty carpet with dust and grit, dark (there was a lamp with a broken plug so that the 2 brass pins were all that there was to plug in. Nice for people who want to electrocute themselves), completely dark corridors as the sensors don't work, no water pressure so no shower, no tea or coffee facilities and no breakfast. Pay 12 euros for wi-fi that doesn't work. Also, only one device can be connected, which isn't a problem as the wi-fi doesn't work.Things, including money, went missing from the room while we were away during the day. Management denied that this was possible, even though I had taken before and after photos of the money on the bedside table. The restaurant which is separately owned and managed is ok. The hotel is a dump.
