Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful.
Specially Mr. Zaki at the front desk who was very attentive, professional and welcoming.
The hotel is well maintained and very clean and the breakfast was top quality.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the city center of Berlin

Located in the middle of a lot of cafés, bars, restaurants, and about a 30 minute walk from all of the monuments (10 with the scooters you can rent). Rooms are nice and bathrooms are just as nice. Beds are a pretty firm but just a place to sleep

Rooms are barely okay.
There was a guy at the reception who was rude and impolite. However, There was another girl the next day who was really sweet. I wish I had asked her name, then I could mention it here.
But wanted to punch the guy in the face.

It’s clean, but the rooms are hot and stuffy and the windows don’t open properly. The pillows are a catastrophe. I’m having a terrible night.

Hotel involved in fraud !
After I was robbed, they stopped communicating!
I have written confirmation of this and everything will be turned over to the police.

Great staff with a great room for the money. The room 504 with the direct rooftop access was great as well.
