Wow! A group of 5 adults stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we had the best time. Perfect location. The staff are very kind and professional. The public areas are well designed and clean. The lobby services are outstanding. The pool area and sauna are really relaxing. Thanks, we will come back again for sure on our next visit to Berlin.

Fantastic hotel. Very pleasant staff, good breakfast and nice room (Executive room). Pool area and sauna with/out steam, also nice size for a city hotel. Parking a bit expensive but safe (park in the street if you prefer at about half price - 15€/day). We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down.

Amazing. Very comfortable and well maintained bedroom and en-suite. Beautiful swimming pool, Sauna and Steam rooms. Breakfast to die for. Very close to all Bars and restaurants. Extremely polite staff and very welcoming hospitality.

The breakfast is good. Yet, the pool opening times are unsuitable for business guests (8 am to 8 pm). Receptionists are rather snooty than welcoming. Generally, the old charm of the hotel is on the borderline to be shabby and in need for modernisation.
Retrospectively, I should have chosen a different 5-star hotel.

Very well located, traditional art deco hotel for a comfortable stay. But some details are not 5 star standard : the breakfast staff is rude and the buffet poor, the bathroom of my room needed maintenance, and lighting too. Small details that make the big difference in this category of hotels.

Great location but.... The bathroom is very small , the design is fit for the 80s' , we asked to extend our stay for four hours until our flight , and although the guy in the reception told us it will cost 17 EUR , we have been charged for 70 EUR!!!! For a full night we pay 90 and for addition of 4 hours paid 70 EUR.
Just unfair treatment and service.
Not recommended at all!!!
