After several bad experiences at different salons I came here to change my hair color.
I am so happy I made a final attempt, Amira is absolutely amazing and I fully trust her! Coming here for a couple of years now.
Always leave the shop more than happy????????

Disaster ????
Amira did my hair coloring, my scalp hurts it has been burned, my hair feels dry and breaking!
Absolutely unprofessional and careless,
I don’t recommend this place ! I’ll never return

Catastrophe...I called the Aveda beauty salon and asked about the best specialist in bright light colors and they said that Amira is one of the tops to do this.. on June 10th when I arrived I explained very carefully to her what I wanted and she told me she has 20 years of experience with hair. I couldn't believe she FRIED my hair, I put my hands on my head and my hair fell all over my hands. I thought I would be bald. my head started to hurt, i was desperate, she didn't know what to do so she said she could give me strong treatment. anyway i still paid to have my hair completely destroyed and it keeps falling out. I'm feeling betrayed and depressed. I hope other people don't go through that too

Last week I went to Aveda Kudamm to get a "lift" from my old highlights that were grown out. I specifally said I wanted to keep my hair on the Cool Caramel I had before, no orange, no red, no Warm colors. So to be sure I decided to get my hair done with the "artistic director" Dominik, and a haircut by Monica, a stylist he recomended. The color turned out to be everything I didn't want, and the haircut, I can't even describe because to even get my haircut I had to wait 45min, needless to say, she had to spray water on my hair to cut it because it was dry as a paper.
I have never written a review before, but the rude service, the lack of care, and the superficial attitude of the people here is uncanny.
That night, I went home crying and felt scar because of that experience. My hair is not the same. I am not the same. I hope this helps people make a better choice.
