Good hotel, very nice and cozy living room and the garden also beautiful, sharing a room allowed me to meet very nice people during the stay.
The best thing was the receptionists, super willing to help from the first day. I don't speak German yet, so it was something very helpful for me, they gave me many tips so that I can continue my journey in Berlin, I am very grateful to them

The room was big and was super clean. The staff was friendly, and helped me with every need I had.
The location isn't excellent but you have public transport 3 minutes walking so it wasn't a problem at all. Recommended

Clean, convenient and spacious 4 bed shared room. It was 5 minute walk to train / tram station. Quite some distance away from other tourist attraction but all is good.

Good price/quality ratio and convenient location, but quite basic. No AC and no minibars in rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the lounge is nice. A good choice for younger travellers on a budget.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY. The staff and owner will absolutely not help you if you are a victim of a crime IN THE HOTEL ITSELF. WOMEN in particular DON'T GO.

You have a lot to loose by going here, especially alone.

The area is not safe, but you are less safe inside (!) with a team who need their residency pass/job/business and have little respect for independent women.

It's not worth your body or your life.

I was staying in Berlin for B12 workshop in the 2nd half of July. I enjoyed my stay in the 4 person hostel room. It was clean and comfortable. I had to work weird hours until like 4am in the lobby most of my trip and the concierge was so awesome and friendly- offering me pizza and ice cream at like 2/3am. Perfect timing cause I was so hungry at that time. He made my trip so much better!

My only issue was that my key card stopped working every other day of my stay sometimes multiple times in one day and I kept having to go to back to the desk to fix it. Slightly annoying when I was tired, but not the end of the world.

The hotel is very nice, tidy and well organized. The staff is very professional and friendly. There's even a receptionist, Mila, who speaks a good Italian, so I felt like at home
