Just arrived home with a broken glass bowl since the cashier didn’t bother to wrap it in plastic ???? nor did she pack the rest of the fragile items I bought!! The 3 stars go for the great prices and nice things you can buy here..
And a suggestion : bring in more bohemian and Scandinavian style decoration, pillows , rattan chairs mirrors , wood detail, Skulptures and more

Nice store. A lot of variety of furniture, and in particular couches. Decent prices.

They have some decent furniture at very affordable prices. This poco is huge and it has a hardware store attached to it

I wish there is zero rating.

I had bad ???? experience with them, because i dont speak German some of the staffs don't want to attend to me to know my complaint, I bought furnitures over 1k and some of the screws were missing from what they delivered, when I complained to them they said it will take 3weeks for them to deliver the missing screws.

If you don't speak German then go with a translator because the staffs will not listen to you as almost all of them dont understand English.

I just regreted going to them for my home furnitures.

Me and my wife wanted to buy a bed and a sofa, we asked for help and the salesperson said that she didn’t speak English.

She just ignore us and didn’t try to help, later on she was speaking with two other employees and none helped us.

We left the store feeling really uncomfortable specially because we already had selected what we wanted to buy.
